I'm not in it :o)

You can just catch a glimpse of me and Mrs.Aginoth on the far left of shot about 80% through, we were busy making soap at this point.

For a minute there, I thought I was watching Monty Python. My, that looks involved, but more fun than the civil war reenactors we have here in the U.S.

Here via Michele's!

Yeah, I thought it wan Monty Python for a second too. Looks like the rennaisance festival they used to have up on the border of NY and NJ, it looks like fun too. Michele sent me.

We actually have something similar in my area of Washington State. I see them at the Ethnic fests as well but unsure what they call them here in the states...

In the US it's " The Society for Creative Anachronism " that most of teh groups affiliate too.

We tend to have lots of independent Living History Groups in the UK, no need for a big umbrella organisation ordering us all about :o)

Dave: You're not helping ;o)

....and now for something completely different

Hmm those weapons look a bit serious. The tents look fun and a lot more interesting than a lot of modern camping tents.

Here, today, via Michele's.

We had some people doing real fighting at Arundel, but nice outfits.

Blimey! I think I'd be a bit nervous standing there with a video camera and having long sharp pointy things coming at me like that.
This Vloging looks pretty nifty. I may have to look into it.

I'd stick to the Felicia meets if I were you.

Historical reconstructions are so wanky they bring me out in hives.
