Something isn't right

How did the Xmas period go so smoothly? This never happens...for the first time in 6 years I haven't been i'll or in hospital with a broken limb. The children got up at a reasonable time on the big day, the family didn't engage in a single argument for the whole event, the food was plentiful and cooked on time....how odd!!!

The Boxing day trip to MiL has passed without to much incident, other than her injuring her finger by a method she won't admit too...but looking at it, it looks to me that she was pokng something into a food mixer or blender [shakes head].

Off to Nanny A's today to meet up with my eldest younger brother and his family, more presents for the kids...then we are off to CQ's for a party this evening, pressies again, and for the grown ups too this time :o)

then tomorrow, I think I'm going to have fish and chips...

Yeah, what emaleejayne said! Careful, you're going to jinx yourself! Oh, and if you've still got more visiting to do, what makes you think the period is complete? :)

I didn't cry after having an argument with my brother this year.

Progress.

The one good thing about Xmas is it makes work seem like a good place to be...
