Thursday Thirteen - Drugs


Thirteen Things about Aginoth


Haven't done one of these in a while so here's some drugsand stuff I am prescibed....

1. Etanercept (Enbrel) (2 injections a week)for Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis
2. Humalog Insulin for Diabetes (3 injections a day)
3. Humalin I Insulin for Diabetes (1 Injection per day)

The above work out at 1564 injections per year !!!

4. Ibuprofen for pain releif from the Psioratic Arthritis
5. Rosuastatin for Cholesterol control
6. Fluoxetine (Prozac) for depression
7. Metformin to haelp reduce my Insulin Requirements
8. Betnovate RD Steroid Cream for my Psoriasis
9. Protopic Ointment for the Psoriasis on my face
10. Tylex (2 x 30 mg Codeine) for General Pain relief when the ibuprofen isn't enough
11. Betacap Lotion for Psoriasis on my Scalp
12. Cocois Cream for Psoriasis on my scalp
13. Atarax (strong antihistamine) for when I just get too itchy and sore to sleep.

There are so many drugs I am sure you are sometimes accused of being a hypochondriac. Here's my comeback line for that:

My goodness! I could never remember all the names. I fix my Mother's weekly medicine on fridays, and I can't even remember those 3!

That's quite a list! I had to take Tylex once for repeated migraines but they had me floating around the ceiling they are so strong!
